(More customer reviews)The power switch does not turn the unit off. Sound is like whispering on the high level, both on the speakerphone and the earphones. Colored lines appear on the screen periodically. Freezes every now and then.
Customer support was not helpful at all. They suggested turning the unit off for 20 minutes and calling them back if it does not fix all problems, which of course it did not.
I was lucky enough that a place I ordered it from provides full refund.
