(More customer reviews)I ordered the DVD player case because it said in the specs that it was "hard shell", and would protect DVD player in case of falls. Well, the case is not HARD SHELL. I was shocked when the case arrived in a PLASTIC mailing envelope, instead of a box. The supposedly "hard shell" case could be squeezed and bend, while it was still in the plastic mailing envelope. Right away I knew I had been taken, before even opening it. It is not a "Hard Shell" DVD player case at all! Very dissatisfied for the price, I could have purchased a plastic purse for $10 less!!!
