(More customer reviews)Bought this item as a Christmas present. After a few occasional uses, this item broke. Neither the store where the item was purchased (15 day return policy) nor the company (90 day limited warrantee) will take responsibility for the damaged item.
Mustek has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Would spend a little more money and buy a well known brand named player instead.
