(More customer reviews)Overall, this is a nice unit for the price. It does suffer slightly in a couple of key areas, namely the video resolution and sound.
The video res is not the best, and in these days of HD, i was a little surprised that this wasn't a higher resolution screen. Pixelation was noticeable even at a few feet away, but was overall adequate for the purpose. The screen was bright and the contrast was good, although nothing like an LCD TV.
Sound was also adequate, with decent bass representation for the speaker size. In other words, it was in no way tinny as many smaller speakers generally are. Sound reproduction was decent and dialogue was highly recognizable and clear, but the volume is questionable in noisy environments without using the headphones.
The inclusion of a remote, video output for hooking up to a TV, and car adapter was a bonus and both work quite well. Would definitely recommend to those on a budget.
