(More customer reviews)I bought this product for my son(under 10 years old) as a gift. It fulfills my expectations and my son is very happy with it. He can play games, watch movies, take photos, listen music. The size and the quality of the screen is quite good. The design is nice. It is very suitable for the children.
However, the quality of the product(other than screen) is not very good. Buttons are not easy to use, you have to press it hard... The camera is hard to use. The cord of the charging unit is too short. And most importantly, the battery of the device was dead when I received it. It was lasting max of 10 minutes after 12 hours of charging. My son has to attach it to the power source all the time while he is playing with it.
When I escalate the battery problem to amazon, they immediately refund the money which is good.
I think the product is good(value for money) but the company is not managed very well. The company system should be following every single unit and it should not allow a faulty unit to be shipped.
