(More customer reviews)I recently purchased the Audiovox FPE1080 and found out of the box that one of the pixels was always on solid green. I returned the unit for another and on powering this unit on, a pixel was stuck on solid red. The LCD displays are defective in these units. I returned the unit for another make. If your looking for quality or quality control from this unit, look somewhere else.

A great choice for the kitchen or adding to your child's room with its removable base, the 8-inch Audiovox FPE1080 LCD TV can also be used for in-vehicle entertainment thanks to the included car power (cigarette lighter) adapter. In addition to playing standard DVD movie and CD audio discs, it's also compatible with playing CD-R/RW discs that have been burned with MP3 audio files and JPEG pictures. It will also play DVD-R/RW discs. It has a built-in 181-channel NTSC tuner, 4:3 standard aspect ratio, stereo speakers on the sides, and a Secure Digital/MMC memory card reader (for viewing image slide shows and playing MP3 digital audio).
