I wasn't sure if it would be an exact fit but I rolled the dice given the measurements in the description (and the low price). I'm very happy that I did because it's perfect for my iPad and exactly what I was looking for.
It shipped quick and painlessly in the Amazon Frustration Free box. The only Amazon branding on the item can be found on the zipper pulls, which is fine by me. And the inside is a bright orange which adds a little flavor to an otherwise boring but highly practical neoprene sleeve.
