(More customer reviews)Please save yourself a lot of trouble and buy another brand of DVD player. Don't make the mistake I did. I bought two Digix players for my children for Christmas. Neither of them had screens that worked. I bought from another online dealer and could not return the players but rather had to send them back to Digix to be covered by the warranty. I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with Digix. They DO NOT respond to their customers. I called (they want you to leave a message so they can call you back - but guess what - they don't even after a 6-7 messages)and I sent emails to which they didn't respond to. I finally had to contact the Better Business Bureau for help. Digix did respond when the BBB contacted them and I got an address to mail my DVD players back. Four months later no DVD players and NO communication from Digix. Again I contacted the BBB and Digix won't even respond to them anymore. The BBB had to close my file because they can't get a resolution from this company. They kept my money and my players (which were crap to begin with). I hope Digix goes out of business and no one ever has to deal with this group of scam artists again. If you do buy a Digix product make sure you know what the company's return policy is and save your receipt - you'll need it.
