(More customer reviews)I purchased this product because I have an older laptop. I thought I would be able to use the external driver to download music. I couldn't download a driver for it. My computer wouldn't read the CD that came with the product because there was no driver. The instructions provided with the product were unclear. I had an IT person from my job come to my house for help. Now I have to buy a new external CD burner because this one doesn't work with my laptop. Wish I would have known that BEFORE I purchased it.
