um... still thinking... it looks nice in the picture
Cons: 19VDC output drops to ~16.5VDC under slight load and drops voltage to below 15VDC after 5 minutes of use. Unit avg 18.1VDC idle on 19VDC setting. If you're thinking about using this to supplement your HP laptop battery, forget it. This might be able to use with a netbook, with a 10' or smaller screen. I was attempting to use it with an HP 15" wide but this paperweight could barely hold voltage.
The 5VDC USB charger puts out 3.7VDC idle and drops to 2.9VDC under load from my iTouch. After five minutes of use, the unit would shut down. Imagine that, my iTouch shutting down this brick?
The seller has yet to return my call. So as I write this review all I can say is save your money and don't buy this garbage. I'm sure there are better external chargers out there. If you find one...let me know.
